Lexie B2
Since the last update, I am unable to pair my Lexie B2 hearing aids to my Samsung Galaxy A13 phone. Is there a way to revert to the previous app?

The service provided was accurate and clear.
Remarkable
The Lexie B2 with Bose is an extraordinary bit of technology providing enhanced hearing improvement over older technology. Well worth the expense. There is an error in the user manual however. Page 75 “Replace the wax guards” tells the reader to turn to page 77 however page 77, nor anywhere else could I find directions.

App works
As of May 2024, iPhone app 1.19.1 works fine. Connects fairly quickly, controls the aids well, has not disconnected on me. I was happy to find it has an Apple Watch app since that is far more discrete than the phone, but it needs some work: 1)my most common app change is surround to forward, so I’d like that on the watch, 2)don’t want 2 separate controls for volume, rather a single control with up or down 3)move charge level down and I’ll scroll if I need to see. Anyway, happy with the B2 plus and the phone app, and looking forward to more usable watch interface
Not quite strong enough

I just hope I get my whole order this time.
As the title suggests, I received an empty box that was supposed to be wax guards.
Figured out connecting to BT
I figured out how to connect to Bluetooth consistently! When I turn on the Lexie app, I toggle the volume on one of the hearing aids up and down. This apparently causes the Bluetooth to awaken and connect to both the other hearing aid and the app. I have been able to connect every time since trying this. It is not always very fast, but it is now consistent. Prior, connection was hit and miss. It was very frustrating.
Registration is crappy
I don’t have time to re-enter everything but the app eon’t let you access the controls (previously available) without going through the rigamarole (again). Signing in with original password gives an error and changing it leads to same error and a 15’ lockout. Boo hiss.
