Impossible to cancel. Another example of FSG screwing the fans over. Great at taking money, and that’s about it.

The app is broken, it can’t even start up, it’s stuck at the launch page. Fix this issue.

What a useless service. I have two menus options: Logout or Delete Account. In Delete account it says contact the GDPR officer. Absolutely pathetic. No help

I am not able to watch a preseason match replay. There is no fast forward or rewind functionality. Not able to watch regular season replays. Yes there are stories and interviews but that seems to be the best you get out of his app. At a minimum this context should be included with your LFC membership and not charge an additional monthly fee for bare minimal content and no match replays, not even preseason.

Why won’t the app let me login? I click the login link and it just stays on the same page. Please turn this doubter into a believer. I have been dutifully paying my subscription for years now.

Multi yess subscriber and shocked - as of March 2022 - this app still has more received any sort of update whatsoever. This is just ridiculous to me. Beware- the app will immediately kill the video or audio if you change tabs, minimize the app, or even check your notification drop down. There is no multitask feature at all or “PIP” function. 0/5 if I could. Liverpool, do better!

I’ve been subscribed for a few years and it’s disappointing more hasn’t been done to this app. A few glaring needs. 1. Native iPad and TVOS version 2. Continue to play video/audio even when I navigate away from the App. This is especially brutal when listening to live commentary. This is the expectation with any subscription service. 3. Pick a navigation style. All these top levels are not important if ‘All’ is an option. 4. Content audit. The app is all media containers. Yet some of them have 0 videos. Are the videos pulled? Are the filters broken? Just looks broken to me. 5. Let me make playlists and save things I want to watch.

Click here to do this. Then click something else. Go to this page to be told to go to another. Not intuitive, but mostly confused as to why you’d make an audio stream a video, which makes it useless. I want to hear the game while running or driving or whatever - which is why I chose the audio, not video stream - but the app makes that pointless. Maybe consider simplifying the whole thing.

Very poor quality have been subscribing for number of years But seems it’s getting worse my LFC App is inoperable and I think LFC is only interested in selling all kinds of clothes,gear And whatever I didn’t subscribe to be another extension on Amazon..get back to basics FOOTBALL YNWA
