How does our process work?
Step 1: Use the Liber8 app to document specific data points about your present-day emotional triggers and start building a real-time snapshot of what's happening in your nervous system when you experience stress.
Step 2: After you've logged a few emotional triggers, use the Liber8 app to book a 90-minute 1-on-1 precision Mapping session with our certified space holders. In this session, you'll correlate your present-day emotional triggers back to earlier experiences & influences in life.
Step 3: Within 48 hours of your Mapping session, you'll receive an Emotional Lab Report that lives in the Liber8 app. This report clarifies the root causes influencing your present-day stress, along with resource recommendations to support your healing journey.
Step 4: Share your Emotional Lab Report with your Doctor, Therapist, or anyone involved in supporting your emotional health efforts. You can also get further support from the Liber8 team if you don't already have a dedicated healing team to help you work through the findings from your report.
