While trying to enter a maintenance request for a ceiling fan the app only lets you choose from certain appliances and fan is not one of them. I had to choose a random appliance and describe what it actually was. But the maintenance team and district office staff are outstanding!!!

The app is easy to use and helps users describe any issues they have.

Easy to use. Very convenient. It will be nice to have an option to upload a video. Just recommended to be even better

App no longer lets iPhone store password. Frustrating. Other more sensitive apps still allow autofill of passwords.

The app is convenient but I hate that I have to log in every time. It’s such a pain.

Fast , simple, easy to navigate

All places should have apps like this so making maintenance requests and having access to your account is as simple as opening your phone

I give it 5 stars because we always get a response within the same day! Some too 24 hours but the service is always efficient and well done.

I have phone anxiety so it’s nice to submit trouble tickets through the app… but they also call to confirm them so really I think it’d be best to just call…
