You’re going to tell me to email someone for support aren’t you? Your app doesn’t work, stop replying to these negative reviews and fix it you idiots.

I do not understand how Liberty could miss this - the same complaints yet no improvement! I noticed that it says the app was updated last month, yet it does the same thing it was doing a year ago - stating login failed, try again later. Liberty, you’re pathetic! This app is crap! You cannot be ignoring one error for years! It’s a pity I cannot leave the star rating blank as it does not deserve a single one. I even think those four stars rated were bought.

This app is horrible. In the last year, I was able to log in ONCE- since then, it has just been error upon error. I suggest you find out who developed the OUTsurance app and use them to develop yours.

Purpose of this app is really rubbish. Worse is that Liberty pumped money and time into its development and ranks as among the worst of Liberty’s apps (such as Stash) it is so buggy and Liberty doesn’t even have an app for customers to check their personal annuities and investments etc. Terrible representation of Liberty. And when seeing the good apps made by competitors it’s really makes Liberty look even worse.

You’ll never be able to log in. Log in will fail with an error about app maintenance. Loading screen is nice enough.

Nice app Very informative Unfortunately I haven’t been able to login for more than two weeks “App maintenance error” Surely Liberty can sort this out!!

Unable to log in since I downloaded the APP. The same error comes up stating that it’s an initiation failed which might be due to maintenance, try again later. It’s been a week.
