The app frequently (8 out of 10 times) doesn’t open at all. When it does, it is very slow and clunky. Really needs a complete overhaul.

Often doesnt not work at all at night, no long receiving reminders when books are due for return or renewal, havent been able to reserve books. The app used to work before it was relaunched and the library systems were changed

The app has stopped working and won’t open.

The app appears different on iPad and smart phone. When using it on my phone I get straight through to my account (no need to use my card or PIN). When checking my loans and reservations I am informed that I don’t have any. Guess I will have to only use iPad. When checking my reservations I have to scroll through them all to see which are being held, in transit or merely active. The list is random.

App won’t open unless opening through the App Store, but then not working anyway. The support page doesn’t have anything helpful and no contact details.

Updated app is not fit for purpose. No reminders of renewal or for return, no emails re arrival of reservations. Whoever authorised this to become operational is delusional, it is no good whatsoever. Please go back to the old system which was user friendly and provided what the library user needed. As libraries decline we should be using them more, and deserve decent technology to do so. This is rubbish presented as improvement. It is not.

This used to be a perfectly efficient, user-friendly app, that did everything it needed to. Then they updated it and nothing works. Why??!!

Constantly crashes. Could be all singing all dancing if you could ever get into it.

Never mind more features, make the basic features work better first. I can’t even log in, the scanner works ok. I’ll have to resort to phoning in.

Much of the time the site is inaccessible and, when it is accessible, not particularly useful. I no longer receive emails and when I try to go into my account details to check - it is just blank. No method of actually being able to enter information. The site states that reservations are ready for pick up but the books are not in the library and the staff are unable to locate. Feel sorry for the staff as they are ones trying to deal with problems caused.
