Cant login because the check agreement is broken, completely useless products -> trash

Speakers are great, and customer support has always been very helpful. But. The app is and always has been completely useless. Setup never works. And trying Libratone manual setup, it’s not possible to confirm network security, so does not work. Factory reset doesn’t do it. Sound space just won’t find the speaker. So much time wasted any time anything on the network changes and you need to reconnect the speaker. I’d gladly have had more Libratone speakers in my home, but due to the issues with the app I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Libratone. It is not just about the quality of the speaker. Usability is just as important. And that completely useless app is very likely causing a huge loss of sales from existing customers, who get tired of wasting time with the app trying to get connectivity. You should simply scrap the app and design a new one, that actually works. And maybe customer loyalty would soar.

Samma kommentar som någon annan tidigare skrev; bra högtalare men värdelös app, man känner sig stendum varje gång man går in i den o ska försöka konfigurera. Glöm inte era kunder med äldre högtalare, de ska också en dag bytas ut eller kompletteras…

Jag har en gammal Libratonehögtalare. Den är bra. Men appen har blivit sämre och sämre. Allt jag vill är att kunna ändra volymen från mobilen. Men det verkar inte gå längre. Krävs konto, inloggning. Eller har den slutat stödja äldre modeller. Jag kan spela musik i en musikapp, skicka det till högtalaren och ändra volymen i den appen. Men om jag kopplat högtalaren till tv:n kan jag inte ändra volymen på avstånd. Det gick förut. Orkar inte krångla med det men det ska inte behövas ett konto för att sänka volymen.

Useless app WHO dont work!

Scanning for WiFi networks no longer work. Entering config manually also no longer work as encryption drop down is broken. This equals to complete dead speakers.

Have never run into a problem with it. Stilish! I enjoy seeing Libratone back online again.

My Lounge is now 100% useless and my 2 divas are 60% useless. So a total of 220% useless is not even worth 1 star. Never Ever Libratone again.

Devices disappear arter latest update on iPhone. I tried hard shot down, try to reinstall, and also factory reset and try to add it again. It doesn’t work
