The LIC app occasionally fails to load and displays a blue screen. At times, upon loading, selecting any option leads to a spinning wheel indicating loading, but nothing progresses. This sudden deterioration is disappointing, especially for NRI customers like me who rely on online management. Urgent actions are needed to address these issues.

Not able to login , tried to uninstall and reinstall app, tried different device, not responding

It is very sad to write that LIC app in the mobile is such an insane and inconvenience for customers. At every step it hangs so badly that each time I need to restart my phone. Will be never recommended to other customers Thank you Harish

I am trying to login to this app for past 2 days, and still unable to login. It keeps on loading without any progress. I trued from website also, but customer portal is down. Kudos to digital india. Everything is there in digital. But nothing works and nobody to maintain..

App not working from last two months.The issue was not resolved untill today

Hi when I try to login the page is not Loading.

In the era of globalisation this app is not working outside India kindly remove this restrictions so NRI clients can use the app.

I am trying to pay premium using app but keep on getting network error. App is very slow and never opens.
