Many times I tried to login app not working properly

The app looks like it is designed by a kindergartener. It never logins to the account. The app, it’s look and the functionalities are outdated 20 years back at the least. LIC, despite being one of India's largest and most valuable public sector companies, is hindered by its poor digitalization efforts, which is a cause for concern and impedes India's technological advancement.

As an avid user of the LIC (Life Insurance Corporation) app for the past six months, it’s disheartening to express my disappointment with its performance. Despite multiple attempts at installation and reinstallations, the app consistently fails to open, rendering it practically unusable. The primary issue lies in its inability to function properly, even after repeated attempts to troubleshoot. This persistent problem has severely hindered my ability to access important features and services provided by LIC. Whether it’s checking policy details, making premium payments, or simply staying updated on insurance-related news, the app’s constant failure to open has been a major inconvenience. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness from the app’s developers exacerbates the frustration. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, there has been no noticeable improvement in its performance. The absence of effective customer support channels only adds to the feeling of helplessness. In addition to its technical shortcomings, the user interface of the LIC app also leaves much to be desired. Navigating through the app is cumbersome, with unintuitive layouts and sluggish response times further diminishing the user experience. Overall, the LIC app’s poor performance and lack of reliability make it difficult to recommend to others. As a vital tool for managing insurance policies and accessing essential services, its current state is simply unacceptable. LIC must urgently address these issues to provide its customers with the efficient and reliable digital experience they deserve.

Not working properly. Since last six months cannot login. No idea where and to whom complain can be done

Almost one month Iam trying to login the page but not working. Worst application

Neither the app nor the portal is working fine And the support is pathetic Am why great online service when they don’t work properly nor support them

Need to wait for long enough to open. Most of the Govt entities is already launched new smart app. We people are waiting to get one of the easiest apps from Lic .

LIC, being in their 90s, should consider evaluating the websites and mobile apps of private insurance companies to grasp how outdated their own technology is. Despite being one of the wealthiest insurance companies in India, their lack of technological advancement is disappointing. It's time for them to catch up before their dominance fades away.!!! Not ashamed ??? Uninstalling the app!
