Have Life Fitness Crosstrainer E3 Track Connect, worked perfect with LFConnect app last 2 years. Downloaded New app and this does not work. Talked with support and it turns out that new app does not with models from 2019 This should have been written in the VERY FIRST Line of description on New app as BIG WARNING to all users. And to my horror the old version have been removed from app store - REALLY REALLY bad decision. Life Fitness, Please make old app available ASAP for all your loyal customers. Or get Life Fitness Basic in app store ASAP - you wrote in personal letter to registered users that this would be done same time as mentioned app - assuming this hopefully can operate with older trainers like the previous LFConnect. Looking forward to solution from Life Fitness - really love my trainer and use it 5 times a week. Regards 🙏 Michael

The legacy LFConnect application worked with MyFitness Pal. This Life Fitness app, while it is what the life fitness equipment QR code in my gym recognizes, does not connect to MyFitness Pal. At some point the app for the equipment switched over from LFConnect to Life Fitness. I am not happy about it. I’d like to see a fix for this. I have to manually add any Life Fitness work outs to my calorie logger app! It used to just sync it.

If you don’t require the Hollywood type personalities of other fitness apps to get thr work in, this is for you. Highly motivating, great workout - I just did a 35 minute run and the sweat was pouring. Love it!

The app works great but I got logged off and now I can’t log back in via Facebook. Error every time. And I can’t create a new account because it says there is already an account with my email address. Please fix the Facebook log in.

This app is easy to use, especially when you scan the QR code and it connects you to the equipment you will be working out on. Is there a way to access my history or logs via the Internet?

I can’t contact anyone to help reset my password. I follow the onscreen instructions, but it says there was an error

App was working but completely is broken now :/

Why am I signed out whenever you have an update and why can’t it remember face Id. Just trying to work out and I have to go through the whole process of resetting my password which doesn’t even work because it takes forever for the darn email to come through to validate my identity. Fire everyone you have working in this app
