Hello, I have been using this app since 2019 (I moved from android to IOS and I still use it). This is the All-in 1 type of calendar/journal/to do list/ note taking/ habit tracker app that anyone could possibly need. I am proud of Mr. Hai (the genius developer behind this app) for constantly improving the app. I paid for the lifetime subscription back in 2019 and I am eternally grateful that I invested in this app, so proud to see how much it has grown. I love the transparency and communication between us users and Mr. Hai in the fb group. Mr. Hai always welcomes feedbacks from all user, replies immediately to questions and other users as well are so friendly and helpful when new members have questions about how to use certain features. I recommend joining the fb community as it gives everyone ideas on how to improve their own usage of the app. Now if you’re interested in downloading this app, it could seem like a lot at first cus there is a lot of features that this app offers. DONT GIVE UP. Maybe join the fb group too so the whole journalit community can help you :) PS you dont really need the premium, the free version is good on its own!

This is a phenomenal life planner and organizer

Only allows calendar sync and backups through Google - why? This is an iPhone app, use iCloud and local calendars!

It’s pretty bomb guys but I need someone to add voice notes to it.

I have been on a big productivity app journey, some would call it an obsession. I’ve tried probably 30 apps and previously had separate apps for reminders, habits, notes, journaling, and daily planning. It seemed at the time like I had the “best” of all of these categories, but in reality I was wasting a ton of mental energy keeping track of my inputs in all of these separate apps that didn’t communicate with each other. I then tried some of the well-known PKMS solutions like Notion or Obsidian, but their task management systems seemed really clunky to me and the systems were also missing that spark that makes this whole thing fun and encourages me to use it and be more productive. Enter Journal It! I’ve literally replaced 5 apps with this one. The only other all-in-one productivity app I’ve found that meets my needs is Twos, but I just didn’t align as well with the bullet-style form of capturing things. Journal It’s hierarchical structure is perfect for me. And, it may seem like a small thing, but the casual style and how light the colors make the app feel goes a long way in encouraging me to use it. Journal It! Is the first and last app I look at each day and I probably use it another 30 times throughout. It is essential to me and is, in my opinion, the best option in the entire productivity app category. High praise, I know, but trust me, I’ve tried MANY. Everyone needs to try this app and invest the time in understanding it - it took me a few tries to really understand all there is to do. But it’s so, so worth it. Thank you to the developer for this indispensable life companion.

After using this app for about a month, I can safely say it’s absolutely perfect for me. I’ve been looking for a scheduling app that would fit my needs for years, but nothing has ever had everything I want until now. The ability to time block flexibly without setting specific times of day is crucial for me, and I love having the ability to easily create and schedule multi-step projects as well as simple one-time tasks. The only thing it’s missing is a more intricate scheduling system when it comes to dates. I would love being able to schedule a repeating task for, say, the third Thursday of every month. But that’s not a dealbreaker for me, and this app excels in every other area. Highly recommend.
