Can’t access the app with my LT credentials even after resetting the password.

This app DRAINS my phone battery. In 30 minutes my phone battery can drop 20-30%. It crashes all the time too. Instead of new features, go back to the basics and make this a GOOD app

Unable to log in despite resetting my password. Come on guys… for all the money we are paying?!

This app needs an update. Paying all this money should include a working app. I’ve never been able to log in. The others work fine. It’s just this one.

This app was fantastic until January 1, 2024 when it stopped working for me. Frustrated doesn’t even come close to my current feelings of this app. I have lost my lifting notes and I am now starting from scratch on paper to track my progress. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it several times with to no avail. Other people in our gym are able to still use the app, but a large number of us cannot. Very unhappy!!!

The way the workouts and tracking area great! When you preview the video of each workout it lowers your music volume. When you exit out of the preview your volume of your music won’t go back up. The only way I have found to get my volume to go back to normal is to watch the full video and then exit out of it and it goes back but you have to do this every time. Also, the app needs written descriptions on how to do the workouts. Describing or showing what muscle you should be using and the position your body should be in and what areas to keep tight.

This app does not let me log in. I've changed my password multiple times and it still does not work.

I am unable to login using my Lifetime username and password

I have been using this training app (and the trainerize one) for years now working with clients in person as well as online and absolutely love it! There are SO many ways to use it and once you play with it a bit, it’s very user friendly as well 💪

I am 71 years old. I have been going to the gym since I was 16. I am enjoying someone else preparing the work outs. I am doing things I have not done in years. Some of the exercises I hav never been exposed to.
