I simply enjoy to be part of a team with a great positive energy. Every class is unique !! 💖 the music and specially the instructors are amazing. It feels great to see progress over time.

Lift cycle has changed my life & I know I can speak for every rider that walks through the doors. Everyone is there to cheer one another on and the instructors/ staff/ owners make sure everyone leaves class feeling empowered. I love the family dynamic this place has. It’s therapy. It’s a home away from home. I can’t say enough great things about this place and the people! This app makes it easy and quick to book rides & check your progress.
