Welcome to Liftoff, the simple yet powerful app on a mission to help you track your workouts at the gym.
If you want an easy way to record your exercises and sets this is the app for you. My goal of keeping the app small and fast is a high priority while developing features to keep it competitive with other much larger, slower fitness apps out there.

• Create unlimited routines and custom exercises
• Easily log sets using swipe gestures on the keyboard
• Graphs and charts of your progress
• Track your 1 Rep Max for individual exercises
• Automatic rest timers in-between sets
• Add custom exercises or choose from 100s of pre-loaded ones
• Exercise notes: save details & reminders during your workouts

• Track cardio workouts along with your weight training
• Hint: You can swipe the keyboard to switch between editing weight & reps in a set

Best free workout tracker on the App Store. No ads or anything. Simple enough to have everything I need.

Exactly What I Need
This app is perfect for me. It lets me make my own exercises, keeps track of things simply and intuitively, and I love the orange. I also REALLY appreciate that I was able to just buy it, rather than a subscription scheme, and that it respects my privacy.

This is a great app almost perfect for my needs only needs ability to write a note and alarm for timer.

Even has the ability to export data. I’d give it 5 stars if we had the ability to import past data, in case phone is lost or damaged.

This app is awesome! It's easy to use. I like the fact that when I opened it and started to check it out I didn't feel a bit of confusion... It was super easy to identify and figure everything out.
