signed up for a group training, was on the waiting list and the inscription was on, I decided to cancel it, but I got a message that I would be charged in case of cancellation. an hour before training, the inscription disappeared and I thought that I was signed up, I arrived for training and they told me that I was still on the waiting list !!!! it's not logical!!!🤬🤬🤬

Jadi gw book squash court dan hitting partner dari aplikasi ini, sebelumnya reception jg blg info di app udah sama dengan yg actual disana. Jadi gw booking hitting partner krn gw main solo. Sampe disana gk ad yg available semua lgi day off krn hari sabtu. Padahal di aplikasi gk ditulisny jam yg gw book ada. Gw udah jauh2 pergi ke sama 40 menit dr hotel dan 50anK taxi for nothing. Reception pun gk ad minta maaf cuma bngung2 aja. Gk profesional!
