Can’t proceed to next day workout
I purchase a subscription and can’t even use it. It is stuck and won’t proceed to the next day. Emailed them 2days ago and have not heard anything. Can’t even ask for my money back. Thanks for the let down. I really liked the workouts
Stuck on day 3
Plus: Super easy to start & alternative routines are available if you look further into program. Negative: Unfortunately, I had a super packed & long day 3, therefore didn’t get to work out until after midnight, couple hours before my bedtime. Now I cannot get program to move forward & cannot find technical support on website. Can anyone help me?
Free subscription?
You say you offer a free subscription, but I can’t find that option!!!!!! In fact, I had just download (& deleted) your app because I could not find the free subscription. To go forward and get a plan I had to enroll and pick my option of payment. It did say it had a free trial, but you couldn’t get the free trial unless you subscribed! What is that not a free subscription?
No Stars
Maybe this is a good workout app, but I’ll never know as I can’t get past the fact they lie to you so you’ll download it. The ad said it’s “completely free.” But nothing was free other than I FREELY gave them my info and then they tried charging me for either a 3-month or annual plan. THERE WAS NO FREE OPTION. The ad was a total lie. I deleted it, but am sure my email will be flooded with junk from people they sold my personal information to. Sick of these types of scams. Could people just have some integrity and earn an honest living? Ugh!!!

In the ad it said this app was free to use. No it is not! False advertising used to be a crime. You’re very lucky it isn’t now. The sad part is you want 40$ right off the bat. Not monthly payments. I can do the same exercises for free!
I can’t delete the app
I only gave it 4 stars to more people would see this but a while after downloading the app I got a personal trainer so then I tried to delete the app and it looks like it was deleted but when I went back into the App Store it said that it was still downloaded
Not free!!!
I was finally looking forward to something to get me motivated with what little money and time o have. Saw advertised on many different platforms and all the while keeps saying free (guess I should read small print). You get 7 days free. I went through all work to set up and answer questions to find out it’s only free for 7 days. Deleted immediately
NOT FREE!!!
These apps need to stop saying it’s free when it is NOT. You start filling out all this info to get to the end and they want you to choose a plan that is going to cost you. NOT FREE!!!

It’s disappointing to read “completely free” about a product and then it’s not free at all. They also don’t give monthly payment options.
