I’ve been enjoying this app for the last couple of weeks. I really appreciate the daily alert on my phone it reminds me to stop refocus on light. It’s a nice gentle reminder.

The guided meditation with quotes from Rama Dr. Frederick Lenz is a brilliant experience. You can time the frequency of the quotes. It really will lift you into a wonderful state of clarity and happiness. All the talks are wonderful. This is a great app!

I love this app! Especially the “Meditate with Rama” option. The quotes interspersed throughout my meditation really deepen my experience — or help me refocus if my mind is wandering. The beautiful pictures of nature are peaceful and inspirational — helping me open to the wisdom being shared. I’m guessing anyone interested in mindfulness and growing their awareness, including long-time meditators, would find amazing new insights using this app.

Light Mind App is the Perfect App for me to get my Meditation, Awareness and words of wisdom Fix on from a very cool dude!! I love listening to Rama whenever I want and the small size bites makes it even more convenient , tasteful and just enough to want it even more for the next listening and free time I have! It’s the perfect companion for bedtime, travel time and sleep time … I fall asleep like a baby listening to it and wake up feeling great …obviously I recommend to all who enjoy listening and who seek the Light … or in this case Light Mind! :-)

What an incredible app! I love using it when I need a little burst of light in my day, or to be reminded of what’s real. It helps me stay in a bright awareness, and grounded in the reality of each moment. The quotes are funny, profound, and somehow say exactly the thing I need to hear in that moment. Wow, I was surprised when downloading this app for the first time!! It is not like other meditation apps - calm and headspace — no no no! This a meditation app with very advanced spiritual teachings that play in intervals - they are often very subtle and speak to each individual in a different way. The perfect wisdom that I may need for a situation or a circumstance and day, I found in this app. Not only is this unlike other meditation apps, the teachings i found were very advanced spiritual understandings of ancient Hindu, Buddhist, and other spiritual texts, but they were transferred through a clear and cosmic understanding of using those teachings to be become empty while living and working in the modern world with a career, family, and a full life. For the non-ascetic spiritual seeker, this is gold - to be able to get higher and learn to use the modern world to do that! Some of my deepest and most profound meditations have occurred by being silent and listening to this app. And sometimes, I receive things i didn’t expect, light coming into my body. I’ve used this app with friends as well, and we would meditate together. The meditations are custom set intervals where you choose how long you want to meditate, and every few minutes a sound clip of an advanced teaching will play. I found it’s just as great for beginners too - if it’s a day that the mind is wandering a lot, meditating with the recordings will play and bring me or those I’m with right back into clear light if our minds have drifted into thought. Then one can practice letting go of all thought during and between intervals without having to catch oneself 5 or 20 minutes into a chattering mind. I definitely recommend any spiritual seeker to try this app and feel what it has to offer
