This app was advertised when I searched for the Heidelberg catechism. Despite having many resources listed, I could not find a catechism anywhere, and there is no search feature. Most of the content seems to open web pages outside the app, so it seems like going directly to their website would be more productive than using this app.

Every human being should listen to RC’s teaching to be able to decipher life and answer questions that boggle our mind. RC is one of a kind teacher and preacher. He empowers listeners by teaching them things that we never knew about. He is an exemplary teacher. Love all his teaching and I don’t get tired listening to it over and over.

I love this service but it’s way too rushed. If you take too long the chat closes, how am I to look at the links I’m sent super fast and get back to the chat in time? It’s very stressful, I don’t have time to ponder. It’s a very rushed conversation all the time, I can tell the people I talk to always have to go and so I can’t have a deep and thoughtful conversation with them. I know that there is always high volumes of questions, but it makes me feel unimportant and rushed. What if instead of making the chat close down after a certain amount of time the person working transfers you to someone else, without shutting anything down? Then people have time to ponder and have an actual deep conversation. I’d also like it if the people working there would summarize what is found in an article instead of sending me a link so that they can get to the next conversation, again it makes me feel unimportant and rushed. It’s a really big problem, it puts a lot of stress on people and a lot of the time I leave with more questions then when I came in. In addition, I know that this isn’t a counselling service but the people who work there need to have a basic understanding of psychology. You can’t have a good Christian ministry without some understanding of it, Christian ministry cannot be all about information because the people asking questions are real people whose life will be affected by exactly what you say and the way you say it. The worst experience I had was one time when I asked if Jesus had ever been mad at God and the person I was talking to said flat out “No”. They didn’t even consider why I might be asking that. I concluded from that that Jesus didn’t understand how I was feeling and I closed the chat. Furthermore, the people working there use way too complicated of vocabulary. Not everyone asking a question is a theologian, a bible college student, or a Christian. If you use an understandable word that gets across the same idea as your theological word in place of that theological word then people will be able to understand what you’re saying. It’s intimidating and confusing, it makes me feel like I should just leave cause I don’t understand anything that is being said.

I love having an app that provides so many amazing resources! But I find the Learning Library access is really buggy. If I watch part of a video and then come back later to watch the rest, it crashes and will not work again without rebooting my phone. This happens every time. Hopefully the programmers will find a way to fix this bug soon.

This is a much needed app! I always thought I could just get what sermon I wanted on YouTube. Turns out there are so many I've never seen this app is great. One thing would make it perfect if text and video was able to download or streamed to cromecast to make this a great group bible study tool.

This is an amazing app. This will be great for brushing up on topics and a great teaching tool for small groups in Bible Studies. Everything from the old series to more recent. Great Blessing!

Very grateful for this app.

This app is so useful for not only adults but also teens. Kids always have their phone on them these days or their itouch and this is a perfect way to help our "over booked" lifestyles to slow down and still give God the time he deserves. I'm a full time Nanny...this helps me a lot! So resourceful and useful! THANK YOU!

Really useful app providing easy access to a lot of biblical teaching and resources. I haven't had problems with playing downloaded audio. It's really convenient to be able to download clips and listen to them while data/wifi is off.

This app is a wonderful treasure trove of Biblical teaching. However, the audio files that I download can not be played (forever opening). Please fix as I would love to have teaching on the go!
