It’s very disappointing how Liho treats their members - where they allow only the birthday treat to be redeemable by app, but the app does not work. Kindly fix it or extend the expiry of the voucher that was given to us

App used to work. IOS iphone 15pro max, now cant even get past login screen. Keeps getting request time out errors. Will try again later tonight..

The password reset process was terrible. I had to change my password through a link and then again in the app’s web login, making it a two-step process. The instructions provided were unclear. Even worse, the app login was malfunctioning. It took me an hour to change my password, but the app still wouldn’t let me log in. It kept buffering and loading, eventually displaying a "Request Time-Out" message. It wasn't just me; my friends had the same problem, so we all decided to uninstall the app altogether.

App is not working. Tried with 3 different hp and still the same. Nothing came out of screen and can’t click order.

This is by far the worst loyalty app in the market. Even a Simple signup / registration also cannot work.

i want to redeem the 1 for 1 but the app isn’t showing the Rewards page so what’s the point of the limited app promo if u can’t use the app!!

Have been unable to log into my account for the past few days and it’s very frustrating!

I have made a few orders with the mobile app and it worked successfully, but it’s not loading at all today (24 Feb 2024).

Entice us with one for one offers but app cannot work WTH waste of time!!!!

The app constantly puts me in timeout when logging in and ordering the drinks takes a long time to process. The menu takes forever to load even in perfectly normal wifi and makes the ordering processes more strenuous. Please fix this app
