Everytime I search a skincare product up it always says no results and when I click there recommendations in the app it says no results found

app doesn’t work at all, waited a week to see if it was a glitch and still is down

the app won’t open itself up

Saw a reel on instagram how they sell Korean skin care. Was interested because I love Korean skincare. But this app is not it. Why pay higher prices? Go to mainly yesstyle and olive young for Korean skin care. Way cheaper and ur paying for how it ACTUALLY costs. People who buy from here are silly. Ur wasting ur money. U can get cheaper products that are the same literally even from Amazon as well. Olive young doesn’t sell beauty of joseon so check amazon and yesstyle for that. You might thing shipping is an issue for olive young and yesstyle? They offer a lot of “pay this amount” to get free shipping. And more friendly prices with amazon w/o premium ans free shipping with Amazon prime. SAVE UR MONEY!!!!!

Theres lots of popluar products on there that i love but i hate the shipping cost, and the delay that it has.

some of these products are STUPIDLY overpriced, without including shipping expenses. idk, i don’t appreciate the middleman upcharging like that

As someone who is starting her face routine journey I tend to get overwhelmed but this has been an absolute game changer! The app is really easy to use, has great descriptions, is beautifully organized to address your needs and is super freaking cute!!! Greatly appreciate all the hard and thoughtful work behind it all!! The design is so cute and very easy to use!

So beautifully designed and easy to use! Though, I would absolutely adore if there was the ability to take a quiz that would match you to products, or even set up a skincare regimen for you! Also, allowing people to post reviews on products ON the app would be amazing.
