Limble CMMS

Limble itself is awesome. Since we started using it we've seen a big reduction in reactive maintenance saving us from downtime and other issues. The app is awesome because it saves time for our technicians having to come to the shop to log their info on the computer and they can just do it out on the floor. It also makes it super easy to add photos which are really helpful when going over the work completed or work requests. I think the app should have more of the features of the desktop version when it comes to viewing the users and activating/deactivating accounts and such. Also maybe improve the asset search and parts search to be a little more easier to use like the desktop version. All in all, the Limble app is great and we love using Limble and I hope my company will continue to use it for a long time.

We have been using Limble for about 4 months now and it has completed changed our operating levels. Having access to the app throughout our plant has been extremely convenient and has allowed us to react to work request immediately. The ease of use is another added benefit. Being able to manage work while off site, through the app, has made it much easier to communicate with off shift personnel. We will be long time users of Limble.

The App is really easy to use, keeps me updated on new Work Orders that come in without having to be on the desktop, has all the functionality of the desktop version but on the mobile app, really convenient when moving around the facility, really like the app version strongly recommend it.

The app has proven to be valuable in multiple areas: work requests are not complicated to submit, tracking the labor promotes efficiency, and parts inventory management has been easy to set up. The response time of the CSM and the chat support has also been excellent. We have not had any occasions where they haven’t been exactly what we needed.

We implemented this software April 2023 while considering other Limble competitors and this software has been really great tool for maintenance management. From creating workflows, add/edit custom work order/request templates, creating PMs and so many other things to offer for parts inventory as well it has been a wonderful experience so far. Worth every penny spent. Also the view-only licenses for the management to view and track the tasks, their status and metrics I as an internal Limble Implementation-Project lead feel this CMMS offers a variety of functional capabilities to stay on top of asset management. Not to forget, the Customer success manager (Ciro Cellular) has been an expert with the amount of knowledge and his professionalism during our discovery sessions in our formative days. Do ask for him. The support team’s responsive time on some tickets is a bit long. There are some requests which the support team will work on impact based priorities as we understand it. Overall, a great software and with the CSM we made it happen, you can too!

Been using Limble for several years now and they have always been quick to respond or create patches when needed for quick fixes and there software helps maintenance activities become less daunting!

I work alone but have to maintain enough assets to need maintenance tracking. Limble’s customer support has been top notch even at the lowest tier. Limble is extremely flexible and will grow with you. I have been able to download and import data from our previous database using csv files and libreoffice. We saved money by switching have a better more visual grasp on our maintenance program and assets. With the ability to create and show only the fields you need for your assets, Limble has also reduced the blank field clutter when looking at an asset or work order. Highly recommended
