grate game!! 😍

Can’t download

I tried to download the whole game, but it didn’t get far, and then just stopped, saying there was a network error. Too bad, because it looks really cute

I lost everything and LINE Customer Care Won’t Help

The game logged me off and when I tried to log back into LINE, it kept giving me an error message, saying that I’m locked out. I eventually used the inquiry form on the Support page (which was hard to find, btw), and I got an answer from them that was of no help at all. They said that there was activity on the account that violated the Terms & Conditions and said they couldn’t provide details about the criteria for determining a violation. I never even used the LINE app for posting anything. I literally only used it for Tsum Tsum. They said they are unable to issue my paid items to a different account. So, I feel I’ve been stolen from… they signed off with “That's everything from us this time. We hope you will continue to enjoy playing our game services.” Umm… I’d enjoy playing the game if I had all my Tsum Tsums restored -.-

My Favorite Nostalgic Game!

I actually have little Tsum Tsum Plushy’s when I was little and I love them so much but then, they got removed away and I also love this game how it looks too! There were no glitches in my iPad and I did get some rare Tsum Tsum’s.

Can’t play ads

The only ad that plays is the one after you’re out of hearts on the bottom of screen. I watch that one and the others always say Sorry can’t play ad need WiFi. I’m playing the game, it needs WiFi. I have WiFi and your ads don’t play! It’s on your end. Please fix it! Been happening for over two weeks now.

Ugh!! So frustrating!

Why does the game keep having network connection issues. It only happens when I do well in a game or I have spent lots of coins on it! I lose my coins, don’t get awarded the ones I just earned and it happens too often! Please fix this! I have been playing for years and it has never been this bad. :(

Amazing Game

This game is a simple, fun game to pass time. It isn’t terribly though intensive and great for multitasking. I love the Disney characters.

I’m so curious to see the lower review ratings lately and wanted to leave my thoughts on the game! I’ve loved Tsum Tsum since working at the Disney parks in 2014. That’s also when I got the app and started playing. I definitely play on and off again but that’s normal for me with all games. It’s fun to play and improve your tsums’ skills! If you like collecting this is a great game to play too. They frequently update the app and roll out monthly refreshes and updates with new tsums each month too, after 11 years! I recommend joining an online fan community for tsum tsum if you want to exchange hearts because I know that’s something I struggled with early on.
