改善お願いします
ゲームとしてはとても楽しく満足しています。が、時々画面をタップしても反応しない時があります。改善してほしいです。よろしくお願いします。

ゲーム自体楽しくやらさせていただいて広告とかもないのでストレスも溜まらずありがたいのですが、ステージをクリアした途端に固まるのが2、3回続きどうにか進もうとしても全く反応せず、左下のボタンだけ押せて再挑戦するしかなくなり無駄なハートを消費するのは意味がわからないので改善をお願いしたいです。クリアしたのになぜまた再挑戦をしなくてはいけないのか。
アイテムがたまらない
タロットしてもアイテムがぜんぜん当たらない。ハートばかり。もう少しアイテムが当たれば…。
画面が真っ黒になり動かなくなる
広告を見てアイテムをもらう。広告を見て、✖️印を押すと画面が真っ黒になってもうどこも押せないし、復活しない。ゲームを楽しむために広告を見ているが、残念で仕方ない。まあ、課金してアイテムを集めてゲームを楽しめばいいけど、ゲームにお金を使えない
ルビーが無くなる
いつの間にか、使ってもいないルビーがなくなる。 なぜ？
コインの使いみち
初期から楽しませて頂いていますが コインでの交換が出来なくなり 貯めるしかありません。 改善をよろしくお願いします。
エラーが出て受けとれません
プレゼント当選通知を頂き開こうとしましたがエラー表示が出て受け取る事が出来ません。その旨をアプリから問い合わせさせて頂いたのですが「ご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳ありません。今後ともよろしくお願いします」と返信が来たのみで対応はなし。 最初から贈るつもりがないのならXでプレゼント企画する意味なんて無いのではないでしょうか？

アプリ開こうとすると、黒い画面が出てアプリが落ちる。面白いゲームだから残念
