Crashes, very unstable, can’t update address without crashing

What’s with using third party apps for authentication. Just use standard two step like everyone else instead of over complicated time wasting set ups.

I have not see the bottom level of service in Australia like this

Terrible app. Will never remember your password or wont accept your password. If it does accept your password, will take ages to log in. If you can log in, it may or may not show your holdings. It’s unreliable and useless.

This is the worst app ever! It allowed me to sign in once and then has not let me again for the past week saying that it cannot find the server. I would give it zero stars if I had the option

The app doesn’t load any info, always has an error message. Between the website and the app I can’t find out any info. Terrible app.

As a company that manages shares the app and even the website is crappy. I gave it 1 star but it is very very bad software - deserves a zero. If i could get someone else to manage my share portfolio i will. Since introducing two factor authentication it is even worse. Get your act together.

Really bad app. App password doesn’t let me login into it after a few days, and have constantly re-setup password, pin, face. Also it stays in loop on the login screen.

Both the app and website are terrible, both impossible to login to, don’t load properly or at all

Full of bugs. The app is so unusable.
