Used to work well and can see the shares. Far from perfect but it at least worked. Now it’s just a total failure. Could almost never log in successfully. Might succeed once in 10 attempts. Just use the browser instead. Don’t try this app.

Cannot even show the transaction history of Smartshares correctly as it gets the instrument code wrong. For an in-house product ! Installed. Tried. Deleted.

Great to have an App for Investors to use. I’ve installed it on an iPad and a iPhone SE 2022. FYI when trying to setup Fingerprint ID on the iPhone, the App dies. Works fine on the iPad. No obvious way to feed this back to developers - the “Contact Us” link requires you to supply data about an “issuer” - ie it’s not for problems with the App, but with your holdings. Frustrating. This app will lock you out by forgo the password forcing you to reregister. Then losing your information.

Crashes, very unstable, can’t update address without crashing

What’s with using third party apps for authentication. Just use standard two step like everyone else instead of over complicated time wasting set ups.

Terrible app. Will never remember your password or wont accept your password. If it does accept your password, will take ages to log in. If you can log in, it may or may not show your holdings. It’s unreliable and useless.

This is the worst app ever! It allowed me to sign in once and then has not let me again for the past week saying that it cannot find the server. I would give it zero stars if I had the option

The app doesn’t load any info, always has an error message. Between the website and the app I can’t find out any info. Terrible app.
