Please fix the app...I cant make payments with either my card or wallet..which is very frustrating.........

I dont know why so many time i try to open this app but still cannot, please help me🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I forgot my password, but it appears that i put the wrong email.. but no. i clearly still have my receipt of purchased bike before with the same email. yet, i cannot make a new account

System does not acknowledge that the bike has been dock off and cannot cancel the the ride. Hotline is not available 24/7 pls help

I already paid for the packages and scan to take the bike out. But when i try to take the bike the machine wont unlock it and then i cant cancel my purchase. The help line is not available for 24 hrs, so if your bike gets stuck at night nobody is going to help you. Gov should just cancel this type of public bike services and use 'Beam' instead. Menyusahkan!

i already return the bike but it still appear on my account, it appears on apps that i haven’t return it

Downloaded the apps, click inside but keep exiting out to my home page, literally unable enter to the apps, please resolve this issue.

Why?

After one week, the package is not able to purchase but it charged me thrice. Still a trash, a shame of Penang state.

I have successfully purchased a package and paid with tng, but it is not actively displayed? Then my friend let me pay using her tng but it's work :) so where is my money i am wondering🙂
