Wants your precise location to "ensure your safety when using the app". Note that this is a Chinese app. I should not have to point it out, but make sure if you create an account do not put the password of your email account as password. I cannot imagine this app to have any other purpose than getting into people's emails. You will likely also receive more spam...shouldn't have given them my email address...

The notification function for the alarm system which used to work does not work at all any more. No notifications about a sensor or movement detection. Only when I am in the app I can see the alarm going off. This makes the whole alarm system obsolete!!! Where can I get my money back???

You basically need to allow this app anything but in return it doesn’t work. 4 bulbs every 10 times it works but it disconnect fast again. Yes wlan is 2,4ghz whatever. Need to buy quality again my bad

Wenn man die App öffnet, erscheint erst einmal 5 Sekunden Werbung. Unverschämt! Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn es einen Shortcut für diese App geben würde.

Verbindung von 4 Glühbirnen? Nö! Eine einzige hat sich verbunden, die anderen bauen keine Verbindung zum wlan auf. Ja ich habe sie zurückgesetzt, ja ich habe geschaut dass es das 2.4er Netz ist, ja ich habe mobile Daten ausgehakt etc etc etc Es geht nicht! Die Verbindung mit dem wlan über das Handy baut sich auf, in der App passiert aber nix & es kommt nur der Fehler dass die wlan Verbindung nicht aufgebaut werden kann (obwohl diese schon aufgebaut ist)

Wenn ich wifi Netzwerke wechseln wollte, die ganze Störung fukzionierte gar nicht

Die ganze Steuerung ist nicht mehr konfigurierbar.

Zeigt leider nicht mehr korrekt welche Birne mit Strom versorgt ist und sie lassen sich nicht zuverlässig in der Farbtemperatur und Helligkeit verstellen. Ich würde mich über eine zügige Aktualisierung freuen. Thread oder HomeKit Unterstützung wäre toll.

Downloaded app to run my new bulbs. App merely tells you it does not work any longer and directs you to download another app which I could not locate. Apple should remove or revise this item.

Watched tutorials online and noticed the wifi bulb line of products all connect through their built in wifi. Every time I try to use the app to connect it prompts me to connect to them with Bluetooth. Not sure what update caused this bug but it needs to be fixed. Tried reinstalling and everything. Doesn’t make sense that it wants me to connect to the wifi bulb through Bluetooth. Can’t get it to give me any other option to connect except through Bluetooth.
