Dear team, app is crashing after update. I think there is a bug. Please rectify urgently. Since two weeks i am facing this issue, please look into it.

After I upgraded my app to version 3.5 I’m no longer able to access my routers/APs as it says no internet even though the router and clients connected to the device works fine. The issue is only with the app as everything works fine from the linksyssmartwifi portal. Devs please help fix this. Thanks

buggy enough to make parental controls unusable

The app is terrible, takes forever to load, requiring you to sign in again and again. Realised how much worse it is than the competitors when I set up a TP Link mesh at my parent’s house, and their app was so much better and easier to use. Linksys really needs to get its act together, especially as its hardware is sold at a significant premium compared to other systems, but the software experience is definitely cheap and low end.

This app always in hang state , phone has to reboot for accessing this app always processing status shows and never move to next stage until reboot the phone . Not satisfied with Linksys management app but Wi-Fi coverage and it’s functionality good.

Since last update, i was not able to connect with 5 ghz.. After update now its working fine

It never works.

I bought a Linksys AX5400 Dual-Band Wi-Fi6 router but this app is not registering this router. Service when contacted absolutely no response. Looks like we cannot touch any Linksys product hence forth.

Doesn’t login at all. It comes back to login screen again and again
