Auto payment issue
Keep having issue with the automatic payment 3rd failed payment after setting up the auto payment. A bit tiring for a system witch should work easy.

Impracticable
I’m an Aussie living in London but rented a car through Avis whilst visiting family in Sydney but I wanted to pay the tolls myself using the car registration but doesn’t seem possible so now being charged $3 per toll use. Absolutely a monopoly!!

“Your account type does not have access to the Linkt app”
Hopeless
Very, very poor and very, very frustrating. Every time I use this app I have to resort to calling customer service which is only marginally better than the app itself.

Nightmare to navigate written by a committe of clowns who have never bothered to log on and use this utter turd of an app.
Not reading properly
Checked tag whilst husband drove it monitored one toll and we went through 2/3 then tells me I’m low on money beeps twice I check Linkt app and I had $12.00 ? There so top up now there’s $34.00 what is up with my TAG
Linkt linked to scams
Linkt database hacked and personal details given to criminals. Should be a royal commission to look into this inappropriate behaviour
