I have repeatedly asked for a password reset. I never get an email back.

I can’t seem to log in with both usernames. I change my password last week that went through. Now I am unable to log in. I never had to put in a username and password in the past. Now it’s very confusing to log in.

The app is ok. I wish there was a way to set my own time reminder for taking my Jetson & be able to pick the notification sound as well (like an alarm clock). Also, would like to be able to delete my “messages” in the inbox once it’s been read. And lastly, the app needs to be able to let each person set their start date for the next bottle of Jetson. I signed up for the app and it had me starting my Jetson before I had even received it yet. It says I have 2 days left in my cycle, but I have more pills left than that. Needs to be able to be personalized by the individual user.
