Works well on the whole. I can’t connect to my system unless I’m on wifi, which is a pain as I want to be able to operate it remotely. Additionally, the menu bar at the bottom of the screen clutters the design and clashes with the iOS pull-up graphic. Put these rare links in the drop down menu with everything else

I’ve been a user for a few years now and absolutely love the support (Jack is very responsive, helpful polite - top notch), design of units, functionality, reliability and overall the system delivers a great user experience at every level - I highly recommend this organisations products & services, and that’s rare to find these days imho.

I had an issue logging in as an invitee. Jack got back to me within a few hours, not bad for a Sat night! Resolved my issue within a few minutes. Great app, functions and usability is excellent but support is key and they have nailed it. Thank you Jack and the team at Taplink

Slow when login takes 20secs and hangs when switch over after using other app , forcing restart and wait another 20 sec

Very happy with this well designed remote watering system. Very easy to setup. Software works well and the communication link and functionality has not failed me as yet. Compared to the lower priced and commonly available B-hyve, LinkTap is streets ahead on every front and especially in relation to the reliability of the connection communication system unlike B-hyve which I’ve had no end of trouble with. Highly recommended!

It seems someone deliberately designed this app to be confusing, with no thought given to usability. It should be so much simpler, but I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone's mum.

Why social media buttons in the bottom of the app? Lots of Icons with no text/description what they do. Otherwise useful app.
