Theres literally no point emailing support. Took me 7 days + pleading for help from changi itself for support to finally reach out to me

This app always got the security thing then cannot transfer money out of the account

I recently transferred 1.5k over from DBS to Liquid via Changipay, money is missing

I cant even get past the login page! The requirements of password on the webapp requires special symbol while this app does not allow me to key in my actual password! Terrible finance app, please fix this…

This is literally the worse account creation in an app I ever had. After creating the account and getting all my Singpass detail, it just say account creation failed. I tried to do it again and it says that I already have an account.?!?!? Do some UAT before releasing the app!!!!

Your money is stuck, support is non existent. Not sure why Changi would partner with this company.

This app seems to become obsolete after it stopped supporting payment for Spinelli. It is literally useless now. Why would anyone transfer money using liquid pay when it can be done via pay now easily? Hmm…

This app doesn’t work well. Out of 8 transactions at Spinelli, 2 didn’t work, with delays and finally payment in cash. No face identification for login.
