A for technology…
A for technology. D for customer focus. It should have been clear that you don't have to contact the water. "No need to touch the water!" Something like that on the outside of the box would have done wonders. I expected to dunk the thing into a glass of water. From the reviews I've read, I'm not the only one who felt that way. Let's face it; you name something TestDrop+; people are going to expect to drop it into the water.. it being a water tester and all. It works from my tests, but I can't see how reviews will trend to positive because the entire explanation of the process is confusing.
