Already in her third month as you lock the wallet with my money, I gave You everything You demanded of me , because of You I can't work and provide for his family as all my funds are with You , I beg You solve my question , my support ticket # is 101673. 17.05.2018 Support just mocks, three months already blocked the wallet and dropped the course and I'm in a lot of cons . I gave the purse all they wanted me to do this - 1.- Passport. 2-Photo. 3 - photo with a laptop and their letter in the mail . 4-photo transactions . 5 - photo with Locale . 6 - Photos of the exchanger . And a lot of other confirmation! Today they wrote me that they need the origin of my money as well as my social networks that would be to be afraid that I'm a living person!?!?! I them the third month write that give their contact data let us talk to you on video ties !! but they ignore it and ned kontakty and their legal address! All my money is in my purse and I can't live!! 23.05.2018. Again, how much time has passed ! Freewallet to wriggle out and answer emails....I've already given them everything so you can even get a Bank statement !!! never has any one exchange is not requested so much information !! Every day they come up with something new that would specifically stretch the time !!! 27.05.2018. the other day support asked for my links to social networks, as well as data on the place of residence registration, as my Skype . I gave them everything ......here I am waiting now when I'll answer. So demanding was not a single exchange ever! and this is just a wallet ! solve already my question faster! 30.05.2018. How long can this go on ?? I've provided you everything you asked for! Your support is not responding! Give me back my money !

My money can’t be withdrawn

It’s been five months today I have not been able to withdraw my money it doesn’t bring option to remove funds this is the height of it

This is not the official Lisk Wallet. You don’t get the private keys, so you don’t own the LSK. This is very risky! I recommend not to use this app and use the official app instead which was released yesterday.
