I paid for an updated report today but I didn’t receive it. I have been messaging on messenger yet I didn’t get a reply also. Its soooo hard to contact you.

I applied for a TU credit score on October 30, 2024, and they said it would be available the following day. But when I accessed the app again, it said that I had already downloaded it on October 30, 2024. So I contacted customer service to ask for a copy instead, but they said I already downloaded it; in fact, I did not—Sayang Pera ko.
