The long AD at the beginning ruined the experience

The biggest complaint is when using it you are not using a secure system at all. When it was hooked up he didn’t sound good. But as of right now will not use because the WiFi used was not secure.

Audio is choppy periodically and new connection issue after certain load Support blindly said it’s network issue.

i used this app at the drive inn and the radio is literally horrible cause it was so glitchy and bad😒lame👎🏼

The audio description at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City did not work well because there were Internet connection issues.

Could only get it to work the second half of the show. My hearing is poor and this really helps for the speaking parts of a Broadway show. It wouldn’t connect even though I had it set up correctly. I have used it for previous shows and it worked well even though it is a beat behind.

Our church added this feature to their AV system about six months ago. The improvement over the auditorium speakers was dramatic. No extra equipment on the part of the listener (except the app + smartphone) is a big plus. The quality of the Wi-Fi broadcast was very good. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating is that there is a noticeable delay. Usually that is not a problem but sometimes is enough to require muting the direct sound path in some way to reduce the obnoxious echo effect. I’ve been told that this is affected by network traffic and is fixable. We’ll see.

Works very well, but sometimes it drops connection and I have to reload.

I have use the app at my church for over a year. When it works, it is very helpful as I have a serious hearing loss. I do sometimes have issues with it dropping out, which occurred most recently when I updated my iPhone's operating system. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and that seemed to make it more reliable. My biggest issue is that the sound only comes to one of my hearing aides. The app would be so much more helpful if I could receive the sound in both ears.

This is a terrific program. It’s great for those with hearing aids. Such clean and clear sound. And also for anyone with headphones on their phone. The only concern is that several times during the service, there will be a blip and the sound falls back perhaps half a second behind ambient. That is very distracting if you also hear ambient sound. Eventually it gets back to normal until the next blip. Standard latency is slight and doesn’t distract much. The occasional blips are noticeable.
