Litmos

I’m involved in training through my work and so downloaded the App.Can’t open the app..it asks for your litmos “instance”????so I entered my email and it sent me my own email address so entered that and nothing ..utter rubbish.

I need to complete 5 modules before I can start my new job. 1 module while I have completed it, my certificate hasn’t been sent to me! which is frustrating considering I need that certificate to be able to work. Another module I need to complete, I’ve searched everywhere and I cannot find it! I have even typed the module’s name in the search bar and it says no results can be found. They claim modules can be completed within 40 minutes, but expect to spend up to an hour or more trying to complete the module, as it lags quite badly, it has even logged me out a number of times, because of how long it was taking it also caused the module to be locked on you as a result. It’s extremely frustrating, when you need to complete these modules before you can start your new job and you can’t. Seriously started this at 12.30pm and it is now 5.30pm that is how many issues and how much time I have spent doing the modules.

Great App for training, knowledge

Stupidly slow. An6 time user is prompted to touch anything to select an option it doesn’t work. Takes forever. If the user did not already have high anxiety and depression, just trying to use this app would make them commit suicide. If I could give lower than 1 star I would!

Sometimes unable to complete because of glitches in training, I don’t understand how or why happening......... when

I can access the website fine on my computer with no issues but I can’t login on this app and it says my password is wrong. I’ve tried everything, even changing my password, still no luck. Completely unusable.

It still doesn’t work. Anytime they want me to click on a link to renew policies, I can’t go back to my course without starting all over.

I have had to redo modules too many times due to errors that pop up in the app. The app does not work, you have to use the desktop version. This happened last year, and I thought that by now they would have it fixed. My company makes us use this app, so I don’t even have a choice. Many wasted hours of watching the module, taking the test, only to have it not register that it was completed. This needs to be fixed now. I am definitely voicing my concerns to my company, and maybe they will find another provider for this training.
