Little Hotelier

hi , since one month ago we never get any notifications for new reservation from the guest from mobile apps. we only get notifications by email. we already try to reinstall the app and update it but still not get any notif. please fix it we already contact little hottlier customer services but have no updates about this case until now . thankyou

I thought apps were for all devices except computers, eg tables, iPads, phone etc. I have spent 1 1/2 hours trying to contact help just to be able to process a credit card payment. The app I downloaded was useless, I needed to get a link from the technician to be able to process the payment to my bank on my iPad. Then I need to use the app to record the payment to LittleHotelier. User friendly 0.

You can do so much more from the browser login, and almost nothing from the app… it begs the question, “why bother?” The reservations tab is particularly useless as you have to select one specific day manually to see what’s reserved, can’t enter a date range, or scroll or anything. Ditto with the home page, you see one week and can’t scroll forward. Just wonder why people have apps when they add no value to the browser experience…

We are relatively new to Little Hotelier , having been in business 16 plus years . Very impressed with how simple and efficient the site is . Recommend in a heartbeat.

Almost need to login and auth code every time open the app. What a nightmare!

Happy with App but would be great if they added a quick view list of all your bookings. So you can look at all of your booking at once. It would save a lot of time sometimes and it would pair well with the calendar.

Cannot view extra’s guest’s have selected during there stay or add/edit extra’s app is useless

Please fix all issues asap. I have lodged official requests and nothing has been fixed. The app always freezes. Fails to send notifications even thought I have push notifications on. Would be way better than old app if it worked property!

The latest new version when you go to edit a booking it crashes and goes back to my phones Home Screen, love the new calendar on the app but would love the app to stop crashing when accessing all the features it shows you can use!

Edit: Love the look and feel of the new app! It took me a little while to get the hang of the new features but I love that I can shift around reservations with my finger. Payments are really easy to process using LIttle Hotelier Pay, I do this mostly on mobile now. Great to have the widget always sitting on my Home Screen so I know when reservations are coming in. We switched to little Hotelier specifically for the mobile app. It is so handy to have access tp our front desk and reservations on the phone. It means we can take calls and know about availability wherever we are. We love Little Hotelier.
