Very bad quality and cloth as no return policy high rate top and different from site

Very good app for online shopping. Sells stuff that girls mostly look in this generation to buy. Its very hard to find small and perfect fit size in most of the online shopping products but this one is true to its size

The app is not opening since yesterday and it is showing the app is under maintenance

Does this even work. Useless

This app does not offer a return on products bought but bizarrely offers an exchange for it. Honestly, the math doesn’t add up as to how an e-commerce company manages to support exchange logistics but not return logistics which is way simpler than the former. It is a very off putting and irritating practice and should be rectified by the creators if they wish to stay in the mainstream e-commerce market. Till then please don’t waste your money on them, it’s not worth it.

I tried to order 4 times but I never received my order nor I got any updates regarding my order . Such a bad app and bad website survices.

Terrible service! The dress I received is different from the one ordered on top of that its neck is so small and non elastic it can’t fit any head. Requested for a return there was only an option for exchange that too with extra charges.

Installed this app with high hopes but couldn’t use this app even once as from the past 1 month it’s in maintenance only

App is never working and nor the web. Exchange policy is the worst, you’ll have to pay extra charges to get you order exchanged that to only in size. The products are way different than shown on site. Don’t get influence with social media the products in reality are worst and not worth a single penny

Few Products is still not delivered and the received products have stains,pen marks and threads coming out .No response in the app for return /refund ….
