Parfois la detection de mouvements se désactive pendant la journée. Donc les cameras ne servent à rien finalement. Gros problème!

When it works it’s good. I won’t pay for cloud storage again, it is so inconsistent. One of my cameras inexplicably won’t store cloud video after 8:20 am, while the other one does. Sometimes cloud storage works, often it doesn’t. The friendly chat people haven’t been able to help all that much. If your camera goes off line or the internet has a disruption you have to be there in person to manually reset the camera, which defeats the purpose of having it there to check on things while you’re not home. Bottom line, the cameras are decent for the low price point but you get what you pay for with inconsistent function and cloud storage that costs quite a bit and requires frequent trouble shooting.

The product quality is absolutely poor. They claim to offer cloud storage for videos, but everything is recorded on their servers, which is dangerous. I will definitely unsubscribe from my membership and shut down the cameras.

Bon service avec l’agent Oswin lorsque j’ai eu un problème avec ma camera. Il m’a répondu rapidement et régler le problème.

It removed the ability to see all cameras at once. You can’t even just scroll to the next camera when it’s being viewed one at a time. You have to back out of each one. This is terrible for security use when we just want a quick view of all the cameras at once. That feature needs to be put back immediately!!

every 5-6 days i need to uninstall snd re-install the app to work away from home. getting to be frustrating to say the least

I buy their cloud subscription and I did not like it because it change noting. Imagine pay 75$ usd for nothing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬j’ai acheté un abonnement de 1 ans qui m’a coûté 75$ usd et il mon pas remboursé car si tu achète quelque chose tu ne te fait pas rambousé 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
