You are the worst
Extremely disappointed the way bank handled their customers by forcibly blocking their accounts, sending sms where you refer to the email which they never sent. I have asked many people who faced the same and all of them confirm that email never been received. Being your customer from 2017 it is very disrespectful way to inform. Avoid Liv by any chance!
Why don’t you just remove the app from Russian App Store?
Horrible app always lagging I cannot even log in to my account for 1 days now!!!! And there no support to message or call because…I NEED TO LOG IN FOR THAT NEVER GO WITH THIS CARD
Application denies registration for Russians even with Emirates id saying it’s just compliance issue. But it’s just due to nationality. Disgusting.
Received Golden Visa Residency in UAE for 10 years. Cann’t open a bank account. It says “Oh no! Due to compliance regulations, we cannot process your application right now”. Wondering what is the reason of rejection. On not indicating the employer on the ID? But the employer will not be listed on the ID as the Golden Residency is based on personal achievement. Or rejection is based on my Russian nationality? Isn't it time to change these absurd rules that do not fit with reality. Especially in relation to the nationality of respectable citizens who did nothing.
As soon as I showed this app my emirates ID with “Russia” as a state of origin, this app said “sorry”. I am NOT a sanctioned person, I reside in UAE and I stand against the invasion. So turns out it was just convenient for you guys to restrict registration for EVERYONE with the same passport and without any possible solution? Don’t you think it’s kind of mean and just wrong to your customers? Go on, hit me up with a template reply about how sorry you are and how much you care, hypocrites.
Not opening even with a uae residence if you are russian origin.
When I am reaching final stage of activating of account it says: Sorry! Hi there! We 're very sorry that we can not serve your banking needs. And that is it. End of story. I used my address on gmail.com for activation, not the one with yandex.ru. I believe nbd is rejecting new applications from Russian-passported people, that's the only thing which comes to my mind. Or it could be a technical problem, but where's a support team? Can't find anything on the app itself, no "live chat" no email, no any link or hotline, so no support it all till you become a customer, which I can't due to technical glitch (or discriminatory policy whichever is worse). Sorry guys, rarely I put marks, but that's it. 1 star.
