I tried 2 different bank accounts that I have and both were denied which is absolutely crazy because both have enough money going in and out. Customer service was no help besides saying it’s based on a lot of things. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN APPLYING OR GETTING YOUR HOPES UP. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY.
My app wouldn’t work the phone number to call customer service does not work. I tried chatting no one helped me or responded to my chats or message.
I was denied because it said I had insufficient cash flow in my bank account but I have been receiving direct deposits in that account for almost a year. When I tried to find a customer service number or email couldn't find anything. This app is a joke.
It’s so easy and Harley hassle free
This app has saved my wife and this last month. We were down and out and they covered our rent and was able to split it in affordable payments and even adjust the payment dates for when we aren’t paid exactly on the first.
Love the option to split rent. However wish there were more variations to splitting rent.
