This app doesn’t even recognize my email. Even though I can log into the web version with no issues. Please quit promoting this app on your website, LRC.

Useless app. I’ve registered with two different email addresses and it will not recognize either one of them as being in the system. Tried to register as a guest and it would not let me do that either. It’s impossible to book anything because it just redirects you to the main screen. Forget it. I’ll save my money and go somewhere else.

Leduc - you can do better! There are so many glitches and problems with this app I don’t know where to start! Trouble creating account. Trouble with passwords and logins and booking. I even had customer service try and help and they were at a loss. Tried 3 different email addresses and different devices and tried creating a guest account. NOTHING WORKED. Fire the developer and try again. This one sucks.

This is like the fifth time I’ve tried getting this app over quarantine and every time it’s just blank blue and white screen with the word schedule and bookings and Home and all of that but no pictures no words nothing I wish I could post a picture I know what it supposed to look like it’s supposed to look like the picture on the app because that’s what my friends looks like I have called the pool I have put in a request to have my app reset I’ve done it 100 times it’s ridiculous I can’t book if I want to

Don’t bother wasting your time and energy on this app - it is useless

I registered my account with my email and went to go log in again and it said there was no email in the system, even though I got an email from the app. I figured try to register again and it said the email was in use. Contacted support and nothing. It sucks when you need the app to book a time in the facility and it books up fast.
