Unreliable sources to order Unprofessional services

This is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that the order was not delivered citing one or the other excuses. Kept us waiting for delivery for the whole evening and when at 9 started following up, was informed that the order could not be delivered. Better to get it from your local wine shop rather waiting for these buggers. Deleting the app now.

Lazy, non responsive and ignorant customer service. They promise delivery in slots but in reality they are not punctual. Local wine shops are a better option than giving business to these unprofessional people.

They should allow if someone needs to replace the product for different sizes. Customer care doesn’t sound like a professional, it’s more like speaking to a wine shop wala without any courtesy. need to hire some professionals.

The price is reasonable and no delivery fee is required (with the order of ₹1,000 and above)! Definitely I will keep using this app while I stay in India.
