They have worst network and service across India, they don’t understand the pain of their customers they send the technicians when ever they want but not when customer is facing issues with water purifier. It’s been almost 10 days I opened a ticket with them till now no update on the same, when ever I contact their customer care, they just say we will sort out the issue by today evening and disconnect the call. Their customer care people are very rude and they shout at their customers. Not even listen what problems their customers are facing, pathetic service and pathetic products. Sachin should think on why he had chosen such a bad brand for promotions. Really disgusting and disappointing products and service from Livpure

Hi Team, I purchased new Blot copper plus from amazon and installed last month 22. But the RO is not functioning properly and after drinking the water 3 person from my home was sick and my 1 yr old son was hospitalised due to loose motion for viral infection and now I am using bottled water since then he is recovering. I am damn sure that the intank UV sterilisation is not working at all and i can see the indicator not blinking at all. My input water is municipal water of 250 tds and ro output is 50-60 tds so its clear that UV sterilisation is not working at all. Please fix the issue as soon as possible. If we cant trust the purity of water then why should we purchase livpure RO? I need all the answers and solution as soon as possible.
