1. Splitting
Awesome for share-houses. Liz looks after the admin responsibilities and lets individuals take control of their own financial contribution’s. No more IOU’s or bank transfer’s, split expenses before they become due and let liz do the collecting for you

* Pre-set contributions
* Once each member has paid their portion of the rent, Liz will consolidate the money and automatically pay it.

2. Paying

Liz provides you with a digital wallet to facilitate the payment of common rental expenses including Rent, Bills (coming soon) and Bond
* Deposit funds using any payment method including Credit Card, debit card, Payid, Osko, Bank transfer
* Set up a direct debit to fund your account
* Liz will automatically distribute funds to your property manager or landlord on the day rent is due
3. Saving
Your digital wallet acts and provides security like a normal bank account would, however it is seperate to your main financial institution and provides tailored savings solutions specifically for the lifestyle of a renter
* Store funds safely in your digital wallet.
* Allocate money to rent as soon as you get paid
