Tried to tick no marketing but would not process prescription. Tick yes & prescription accepted. This is not legal. Will block marketing which will send updates I need to junk mail. Well done!! Idiots!

I love this. It’s so easy to order medicine and it was very easy to set up in the first place.The website is so easy to use and you get a reminder if your medication is running low. If you have a problem , mostly me not yours, it is dealt with very quickly. My medication is delivered straight to my door with no fuss. Only slight issue is one of my medications is quite often out of stock but it is sent immediately they have it.Can’t it be ordered in advance, I can’t be the only person requiring it? But overall it’s fantastic and makes my life easier as I’m 67 and disabled.

I have an account and can log in to the website but not the app. If I try to click the button it doesn’t do anything. When I try to login with NHS instead it just hangs saying “Connecting with the NHS”. I have tried messaging on the website for help but just get stuck in a loop of automated answers that don’t address the issue
