The app is efficient and user friendly. The biggest irritation with it it having to randomly collect my tickets from the station. I prefer electronic tickets which are more convenient and greener than printed tickets.

The best way to buy all mainline rail tickets. A shame that they all don't convert to QR codes.

Top app, great to use in Apple wallet and also they send email. I use this app to book all my rail tickets, regardless of what company the fragmented privatised nonsensical rail system in Britain forces us to use. London NW are the best, the app is easy to use, the staff are great, they are cycle friendly.

Just as easy to book without the added booking fees. Bravo

It’s quick and easy to use and I love the fact there isn’t any service fee included unlike if you use Trainline. Brilliant app guys well done!!!

Extremely frustrating that app has now crashed for third time when taking payment especially as the first time it crashed it took payment and I got charged twice and then had to wait a month for a refund - nothing to do with loss of connection as was using home WiFi connection- sort it out !

Been unable to buy tickets via the app for weeks now and have to go via the website. Before that all worked well but kind of useless now.

Doesn’t have the ability to add tickets to Apple wallet. Purchased 4 tickets for group discount then couldn’t share them with the individuals so they have to rely on me to get them through all the barriers. Won’t use again until this is sorted.

I always use NWT to book my trains, not only are the tickets available on the app but they are sent via email as well meaning I can save them in my wallet. Very happy with the app
