A simple loan calculator that gives you a good forecast of what to expect in regards to loan repayment.
It allows you to view the impact of adding extra payments for a better payment plan/schedule.
Support 3 Payment methods:
- Equal Payment : Pay an equal payment in every payment.
- Equal Principal : Pay an equal amount of principal every payment. Each payment's interest is calculated based on current balance. Payment is the sum of principal and interest.
- Interest Only: Pay interest in every payment and pay the loan in the last payment of loan schedule.
Support various payment frequency.
Support various kind of extra payments.

Nice
Nice app. You can add extra principal to the payment and make principal only payments. It will adjust so you can see interest saved as well as total interest payout. Was able to adjust a 3 year term loan at 8.69%, 13.4% total interest, to 1 year 4 month at 5.5% total interest payout by adding to the principal, sweet.
Provide Paid Version with NO ADS!!
I really love this calculator but cannot use it with the constant ads! Please provide a paid version with no ads!
