Had hoge verwachtingen, zeker omdat ik in Excel een soortgelijk iets had gemaakt. De bassisberekeningen kloppen allemaal en lopen gesmeerd. Bij het aflossingsschema staat de komma bij "interest" op de verkeerde plaats terwijl het schema opzich wel klopt. De extra aflossingsmogelijheid wekt de indruk dat er een standaard vast bedrag extra per maand afgelost kan worden: zou mooier zijn wanneer je over de gehele aflossingsperiode de ene maand wel een bedrag kan invullen en de andere bijvoorbeeld niet. Dit zou de mensen met een doorlopend (flexibel) krediet, die dus onregelmatig extra kunnen aflossen, beter van dienst kunnen zijn.

Very handy little app… highly recommend! One flaw… would love to be able to factors like fees/MPI, etc. It’s a little difficult to (accurately) calculate when a payoff is (especially mid-loan) when I can’t include fees, etc.

This app has great potential but falls short. It’s like the developer got 75% through development and decided to publish the app. The numbers are in the ball park without the principal payment. Doesn’t include any PMI options.

Is it possible make a change that would allow one to input extra payments at any time, not just on the same date each month? I ask as I have tracked a mortgage for years with this app, and would like to be able to see the impact of making extra payments since I typically end up making them at random times throughout the month based upon my income.

There are free apps which are better than this one.

Use this app all the time and love it!

I’ve been using this app for at least the last 8 years. I work in the mortgage industry and even with the abundance of calculators my company provides, I find myself using this one almost every day. When speaking with members, especially when discussing debt reduction techniques, this app is my go-to. Although many times I do use it in conjunction with other calculators on my computer, depending on the conversation, this one gives me the specific info I’m looking for. Again, very simple to use and I recommend this app. Especially if you want an easy way to figure out how much extra you would need to pay towards the principle of a loan on a monthly or annual basis to pay it off early. AND to get an idea of how much interest you would save. I was sending the info on this app to a member and noticed it only had 4 reviews and wanted to add my thoughts and appreciation regarding its reliability.

This is a very easy to use loan app. Provides details of the interest paid at the end. Comes in very handy.

I've been using LoanCalcP for a long time now and I must say that it's there when I need it. It has been a problem free app since the early release.
